Return of goods and complaints

If you have purchased goods from us and wish to file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, please proceed as follows:

Fill in the appropriate form and provide your order number, a description of the defect, or the reason for returning the goods. After submitting the form, we will contact you with further instructions regarding the process.

Please note that shipments sent to parcel lockers, pick-up points, or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted. Complained or returned goods must be sent exclusively to the address stated above.

Complaints are processed no later than 30 days from the date they are filed. The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds are issued no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.
