The HIPERTOUCH Competition is a single-stage trigger for sporting and performance-oriented AR builds. It uses a straight bow with HIPERSHOE® and a mechanism focused on minimal travel without sacrificing hammer energy.
Design and Trigger Feel
The Cam-Over Toggle Engine™, Radical Sear Mechanics™ and Soft-Start Lock-Up™ work together to provide a smooth pull, clean break and stable transition to ignition. The HIPERSHOE® moves along the bow to fine-tune leverage, perceived pull and pre-travel.

The Competition is functionally very close to the ECLipse but does not use the ECLipse’s Nickel Bliss™ treatment. It suits a buyer who wants the same core operating concept and HIPERSHOE® without prioritizing the premium NiB finish.
AlwaysSecond comment: I had been selling and using many triggers in AR-15. And do you know what I have realized? That these our toys need really good triggers, otherwise it sucks. You can save some bucks ... and then to be sad for years. And results will be (below) average and you will be wondering "Why the fuc...ing hell?" Then you will realize that it is enough to exchange the trigger and "who would have guessed", it works. I personally have my favourite in other trigger brand, but what concerns Hiperfire, those triggers are preffered all over the world, for various disciplines. Its qualities are proved also by the fact that they are being purchased from me, even by my biggest enemies. And why is that? Because todays trend is that "top-high-tech" overtuned triggers are no longer too much wanted and all want the reliable TOP. And there the Hiperfire has its place. They have abadonned the construction of old Mil-Spec triggers and therefore they have lost military tenders, but in civil sales they are the rulers. And that is why I can recommend them with no hesitation to all ARguys (although in my rifles is different trigger brand... which? You wanna know? ... I leave this on other times ...
