Red-dot EOTech HWS EXPS3 – Black / 1-Dot Speed Ring
Code: EXPS3-0
Product detailed description
Professional opinion:
I really like the EXPS3-0 for tactical use. Why?
- Because it supports NV.
- Because it has a quick-detach mount, and those who like elevated mounts and use a helmet with helmet-mounted hearing protection (hopefully Sordin!) will appreciate this slight rise.
- It is EOTech's best-selling HWS and also the choice of most MilGovLE units.
- As for the version with the DCR reticle: I personally prefer the version with one simple standalone dot. The rest mostly gets in my way. And if, God forbid, a "Conga" runs at me from 5.3669 meters, I will drop him without the "big circle" ... let alone that DCR marketing nonsense for aiming at short distances. BTW: this is the best example of how a customer can be caught by top-class marketing nonsense. A reticle with a special arrow that aims absolutely precisely at close range ... WTF ... when a "Conga" really runs at you up close, I can already see you measuring him with the lower arrow of the reticle so you can hit him "more accurately than accurately." Yep. I can see it already ... at that speed ... oh well. Marketing is marketing ;) Most suckers swallow it hook, line and sinker :) and one Single Dot for me, please. Thank you.

AlwaysSecond comment: EOTech are TopClass red-dots and riflescopes, but I personally prefer mostly the red-dots, which are together with Aimpoint the world leading products. Although there were a technical complications a long time ago, there are no longer present since 2018 and EOTechs are working flawlessly. I really like them and use myself two XPS2-0, because I like a single red-dot. Its swift, reliable, and it allows me to reach my maximal results. As far as I have AR-15 in hand, equipped with EOTech with single dot, I can try my limits and do not have to question if "it is possible or not". 1 MOA dot and there will be things happening "for red-dot really unexpected" (that cant happen with reflex sights with parallax effect. And I WANT miracles to happen. Thats why I choose EOTech.)
