Super SCAR Trigger
Super SCAR Trigger
The Super SCAR Trigger is a two-stage SSA-like trigger for the FN SCAR. The design retains SSA-like characteristics while accounting for the geometry and operating requirements of the specific firearm.
Pull and Construction
The first stage provides controlled take-up to a defined wall, followed by the second-stage break. Total pull is approximately 3.2–4.6 lb; the mechanism is not user-adjustable.
Installation and Use
Use only the installation procedure for the intended platform and perform a complete safety, hammer-retention, and reset function check afterward.
Compatibility
Designed for compatible original FN SCAR trigger housings. Geissele prohibits fitting it to non-FN trigger housings.
AlwaysSecond commentary: Over my shooting career, I have used and tested many triggers. And I have been shooting with Geissele triggers for over 20 years, doing both dynamic and precision shooting. What does it tell ya??? It tells ya, that there is nothing better bro! And that is simply a fact. I haven't found anything better. Back in the day, UHL triggers were excellent, but they would occasionally go full-auto (burst) and their springs would loosen up. Triggertech was also interesting, but overtuned and unsuitable for dynamic shooting; OK for precision. Hiperfire is great ... but I only discovered it at a time when I had already been running a Geissele G2S with JP springs for 10 years ... and there was no reason to change. Timney – very good triggers, but Geissele simply suited what I needed much better. My search for the holy grail simply ended with Geissele, because what Bill Geissele does, he does damn well. And this obsession of his with perfection is reflected both in the triggers and in other Geissele products, which is why the most demanding users choose them. And I am demanding. That's why for my rifle ... Geissele Automatics.

Geissele Automatics USA – uncompromising triggers and matching quality for mounts and weapons designed for special forces
How does a small family business that started in a garage in 2004 with a single Hi-Power sports shooting trigger become an absolute technological leader whose products can be found in the rifles of the world's most elite special forces (including US SOCOM)?
The answer is simple: an obsession with perfection, mechanical precision, and zero tolerance for failure. Founder Bill Geissele designed his first triggers with a single goal in mind – to achieve a perfectly clean, predictable break and a lightning-fast reset. When the US Department of Defense (DoD) noticed his triggers, a legend was born. Geissele didn't start making "fancy" accessories. He began developing systems that fundamentally increase shooting accuracy and weapon reliability in the harshest combat conditions. Today, Geissele is synonymous with the best you can mount on an AR-15 platform (and other modern weapon systems).
Who Geissele Automatics products are intended for: For military and law enforcement professionals, special forces operators, top sports shooters, and any demanding civilian shooter who knows that trigger quality and optic mount reliability directly determine whether they hit the target ... or miss.
Why choose Geissele Automatics products:
- Legendary triggers – the benchmark among AR triggers. They offer an absolutely crisp break, an extremely short reset, and uncompromising safety against accidental discharge
- Military durability and reliability – they undergo brutal endurance testing. The triggers are designed to reliably ignite primers even in the worst conditions
- Super Precision® mounts – they are machined from a single piece of 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, providing extreme rigidity and return-to-zero capability upon remounting
- Durable Super Modular Rails (SMR) handguards – they are designed with ergonomics and maximum rigidity in mind. They are a frequent choice for special forces
- Premium materials and finishes – Geissele uses only premium materials with advanced and durable surface treatments
- Made in USA – complete design, testing, and manufacturing take place exclusively in their own modern facility in Pennsylvania under the strictest quality control
